Mount Everest Expedition
The world's tallest mountain, Mount Everest, has drawn numerous climbers since it first ascended more than a century ago. Since Mount Everest's summit is 8,848 meters (29,029 feet) above sea level, climbing it is regarded as one of the toughest mountaineering achievements. Numerous difficulties must be overcome along the ascent, such as ice walls, concealed crevasses, and abrupt weather changes.
Without a doubt, thousands of expedition leaders and climbers scale Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world, as part of the Everest Expedition, the most difficult, demanding, and exciting adventure in the Himalayas (8848.86 m). Unquestionably, Mt. Everest (8848 m) is one of the hardest mountains in the world to climb; many seasoned mountaineers have witnessed life giving out on them right at this peak. You need to possess unwavering resolve, self-control, and bravery to participate in Everest expeditions. Years of mountaineering expertise, particularly above 6000 meters, is another requirement. In situations where there is a risk to one's life, it is never a good idea to be unprepared. A mountaineer who wants to climb Mount Everest needs to be well-prepared for the Everest adventure.

In Namche Bazaar, spend the night.

Day 05: Acclimatization Day
In order to acclimate our bodies to the high altitude, we do so in Namche Bazar. However, we continue to move and don't stand still. We hike to Thame, go to Khunde, or wander about Namche Bazaar. We can go to the Sir Edmund Hillary-founded Khunde hospital or the Sherpa Cultural Museum. The Syangboche Airstrip and the Everest View Hotel are both accessible via a little hike. You will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the entire Himalayan range, including Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kusum Kangaru.

Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku, may be seen from the monastery. If we arrive at the Tengboche Monastery by three o'clock, we can witness a Buddhist religious ritual since it opens at three o'clock. Tengboche, spend the night.

Day 07: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche | Altitude: 4350m/14271ft | Trek: 5-6 Hrs
A number of Chortens, Mani walls, and tiny towns are hidden by lush forests of birch, conf, and rhododendron trees as our path descends through them. While trekking, we can enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Mount Everest. To get to Pangboche, we first trek downwards to Deboche and then cross the Imja River. Choosing the upper Pangboche trek, we get to see the Pangboche Monastery and the Himalayan panorama. Before ascending to Dingboche, we continue our journey to the Imja Valley and Lobuche River. It is a charming community with lovely fields of buckwheat, potatoes, and barley, as well as grazing animals scattered across the fields.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 08: Acclimatization Day
This portion of the expedition is crucial. The area of Dingboche is ideal for acclimatization. We can adequately acclimate to the high altitude by staying here for a few days. To facilitate gradual acclimatization, the team leader will plan daily excursions to the nearby hills. Walk up some of the local hills to gradually expose yourself to higher altitudes. To ensure that you get the greatest acclimatization possible before you arrive at base camp, stick to the regimen that you previously discovered to be most effective. At a hospital managed by the Himalayan Rescue Association close to Pheriche, we can take part in a session on high altitude acclimatization while we're in Dingboche. The trip to Pheriche and return will be a beneficial acclimatization exercise. We will ascend a ridge behind the settlement during this acclimatization period so that we may see six of the world's tallest peaks, including Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Spend the night at Dingboche.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 09: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche | Altitude: 5018m/16463ft | Trek: 4-5 Hrs
Our journey to Everest Base Camp continues. We'll get to Dughla, which is nestled beneath the Khumbu glacier. The Dughla memorial honoring all Sherpas who lost their lives climbing Everest is visible. We continue our hike into a strenuous ascent up the glacier moraine after lunch at Dughla. The trek eventually takes us to a charming collection of tea houses in Lobuche after a number of hours.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep | Altitude: 5170m/16962ft | Trek: 4-5 Hrs
We set out on our winding, rocky trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep today. We will arrive in Gorak Shep after a two-hour hike, where we will eat lunch. After lunch, we continue hiking at a leisurely pace up a somewhat steep trail till we reach Kala Patthar's summit. The views are spectacular from the top of Kala Patthar, where we can see the tallest mountain in the world, Everest, as well as other formidable Himalayan peaks. We spend some time at the summit admiring the scenery before making the relatively short descent to Gorak Shep, which is simpler than the ascent to Kala Patthar. In Gorak Shep, spend the night.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 11: Trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp | Altitude: 5200m/17060ft | Trek: 2-3 Hrs
The ascent to Everest Base Camp is not particularly challenging. However, we generally meander over rocky terrains and rise and descend on glacier pathways. After leaving Gorak Shep, the trail continues across the Khumbu Glacier's moraines, where it turns hazy and winds through piles of debris. As we get closer to base camp, we take in the amazing melt patterns and marvel at the ice towers on the upper Khumbu glacier that are gently rounded. The Everest Base Camp is breathtakingly lovely. From the base camp, we have breathtaking views of the Nuptse, Khumbutse, and Pumori mountains. At the Everest base camp, where we spend the night, we take in the scenery and count the stars. In Everest Base Camp, spend the night.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 12- 60: Climbing period Summit Everest (8,848.86m/ 29,032ft)
Other than its height, Everest is best known for images of climbers precariously balancing across ladders between enormous pieces of ice in the "Khumbu Icefall." One route through the renowned "Khumbu Icefall" is set each year. Many businesses assert that they know the best route, but there is really only one. As a result, praise should be given to the dedicated Icefall Doctors, a group of Sherpa who undertakes this risky task and makes life simpler and safer for everyone who follows. Because of the constant movement of the ice and the potential for the sudden collapse of the enormous chunks, the best deterrent is quick movement and timing. Prior to the sun rising, we leave and progressively advance over several sorties, gaining essential acclimatization and speed, until the entire trek to camp 1 and our entry into the Western Cwm can be made in the cool of the day. It is best to think of Camp 1 as a staging area for Camp 2.To the Summit: After a final decision regarding our route has been made (based on the weather forecast), we return to Camp 3, spend the night there, and then climb Camp 4 using oxygen and a down suit. We reach the beginning of the notorious Yellow Band, a Limestone rock band at 7500m, after a brief journey in the direction of Lhotse. The Geneva Spur, a difficult scramble that eventually leads to the South Col and camp 4, can be reached by ascending over the Yellow band. A few days will give you more adrenaline and more breathtaking views than this one; you'll feel as though you're really high and in the "death zone" as you gaze down on the big peaks of Pumori and Lingtren, which are framed by Nuptse and Everest. Before our last summit push begins at roughly 10:00 p.m., it is now time to rest, unwind, eat, and rehydrate. Headlamps piercing the night, we ascend to the Balcony (8500m/27,900ft), reach the South Summit, and in the early dawn light, we will catch our first glimpses of the Hillary Step. The penultimate challenge to overcome before reaching the last summit slopes and the roof of the globe is The Hillary Step, a nearly vertical ascent of 12 meters that is scaled by fixed lines. In order to provide a significant safety margin for the descent to the South Col, we want to reach the summit early in the morning. Before arriving at base camp, we spend one more night at camp 2.
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 61-65: Getting Back to Kathmandu
We will be using the same route back to return to Lukla airport and fly back to Kathmandu

One hell of an Adventure
We had a group of 9 on this expedition and took us 56 Days to complete it. It was one of the greatest times of my Life.
- Darwin K. ( )Best Trekking Site for the Novice
I had no Peak climbing experience, Talked with the guys from AAT and they arranged the best package. One of the best experiences I had in a long long time.
- Raja R. ( )Trekking to Gokyo Lake and Renjo La Pass is one of Nepal's top treks.
I recently completed a trekking trip in Nepal with Alpha Adventure Treks.
I visited the Everest region (Gokyo Lake and Renjo La Pass); they have a great guide and a great porter; I enjoy their employees (they are extremely friendly and smiling during the trip); their service is excellent, and the guide provides us with a wealth of information about Nepal and the surrounding area. Personally, I'm overjoyed that I chose this trekking company for my Nepal vacation.
Excellent guide, landscape, and whole experience.
Our guided private trek was excellent. His English is great, and he is both friendly and humorous. We are both slow walkers, and he was extremely patient with us. We see him as a buddy after 12 days together. The journey is fantastic: the walking is strenuous, but you can order food from a vast menu and sleep in a luxurious bed every evening. This is a trek that I would strongly suggest to everyone.
- Vincent R. ( )Had a great Experience
We took this expedition last year in the month of November and can't express how beautiful it was. Snow-covered peaks and mountains, beautiful teahouses, and tasty dishes prepared by the Sherpas. It was one of the best moments.
- Riyaj A. ( )One of the greatest Expedition Ever
We were a group of 5 for this expedition and ended up joining another group from Lukla. The Expedition was the greatest experience ever. Ama Damblam Summit was something I can't forget this eternity.
