Trip Introduction

The Dhaulagiri Circuit, commonly known as the Dhaulagiri Round, is one of Nepal's top treks. The Dhaulagiri trekking trail passes via French Col and Dhampus Pass, both of which are over 5,000 meters high.
The Dhaulagiri Circuit trip is difficult and exciting for experienced hikers searching for an expedition-style adventure. This circuit trek is breathtaking and fascinating at every level, from farming towns in the Himalayan foothills to high alpine pastures, desolate valleys, and close-up views of many peaks above 8,000 meters. Trekking the Dhaulagiri trail takes you to a secluded part of Nepal. The journey begins by passing through villages with views of the Dhaulagiri range. We trek through Chonbarden Gorge on our way to Dhaulagiri Base Camp after leaving Italian Base Camp.
